Getting Started

Go to List your service and fill out the form — describe your expertise, set your categories, and upload portfolio examples. Once reviewed, your service will appear in search results for clients to find.

Yes — listing your service is completely free. DIGITALSKY does not charge platform fees or commissions. You and your clients handle agreements and payments directly.

Include a clear description of your services, relevant categories (e.g. Web Development, UI/UX Design), your location, team size, past project examples, and any certifications. A complete listing with a strong portfolio gets significantly more client inquiries.

Managing Your Profile

Visit the My Listings page from your dashboard. From there you can edit, update, or remove any of your active service listings at any time.

All client inquiries and messages are available on your Inquiries page. You can review briefs, respond to questions, and track the status of each lead from one dashboard.

The Analytics page shows your profile views, inquiry counts, response times, and other metrics to help you understand how clients are finding and engaging with your services.

Proposals & Projects

When a client posts a project that matches your skills, they may invite you to submit a proposal. You can also browse available briefs and proactively reach out to clients through the platform.

Use the messaging feature in your dashboard to communicate directly with clients. All conversations stay within the platform so you have a clear record of discussions, requirements, and agreements.

No — DIGITALSKY is a discovery and matching platform, not a payment processor. You and the client agree on payment terms directly. We recommend a written contract for projects over DKK 50,000 and using secure payment methods.

Account & Settings

Visit your Settings page from the dashboard to update your profile details, change your password, manage notification preferences, or update your contact information.

Go to Settings and scroll to "Delete account". Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
