6. Data Sharing & Transfers

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data with:

  • Service providers: payment processors, hosting services, analytics tools — all bound by data processing agreements compliant with GDPR Article 28
  • Other users: your profile data is visible to other platform users as necessary for marketplace functionality
  • Legal authorities: when required by Danish or EU law

If we transfer data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure adequate safeguards under GDPR Articles 44–49, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 12 months after deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by Danish or EU law. Communications and transaction records are retained for up to 5 years to comply with accounting and tax obligations (Danish Bookkeeping Act).
